My role is to bridge the "Transparency Gap" between corporate expectations in Europe and operational realities in Asia through direct site visits, forensic reporting, and immutable digital evidence.

The Standard: Ethical Transparency & Non-Partisanship We act exclusively as a pair of "eyes and ears" for our clients. We do not grant "compliance certificates." Instead, we provide the Primary Evidence and non-partisan reporting required for your company to fulfill its legal obligations under the Omnibus Directive (EU) 2026/470 (CSRD/CSDDD).

2. Absolute Financial Independence

Standard: Objectivity through Zero Conflict of Interest We maintain no financial, ownership, or commercial interests in the factories we verify. Our findings are purely evidence-driven and unbiased.

• Client-Funded Model: Compensation is received exclusively from the commissioning client (the buyer). No commissions, referral fees, or "facilitation payments" of any kind are accepted from the facilities being reviewed.

• Anti-Bribery Protocol: Any attempt by a facility to influence reporting outcomes is documented immediately and reported to the client. This structure is designed to eliminate the conflicts of interest inherent in traditional "factory-paid" audit models.

3. Senior-Level Executive Judgment

Standard: Professional Competence & Due Care With over 25 years of industrial and executive experience in Asia, I apply deep-domain expertise to every mission. We do not delegate high-stakes verification to junior staff or third-party agencies; every engagement is personally led by a senior European expert. Unlike checklist-based audit models, our work draws upon decades of operational management, including:

• Physical reconciliation of production output vs. capacity.

• Advanced management interviews and contextual risk assessment.

• Forensic video documentation of high-risk operational areas.

4. Forensic Accuracy through Digital Evidence

Standard: The "Visual Ground-Truth" Requirement In the 2026 regulatory environment, "paper audits" are no longer a sufficient shield against liability. Our methodology relies on unedited 4K video documentation and timestamped on-site observations to provide a high-fidelity record of reality.

While MORK Verification does not issue formal certifications (e.g., BSCI, SMETA), our independent verification acts as a critical pillar in a client’s mandatory due diligence process.
