Terms of Service:

1. Nature of Engagement

The Service Provider acts as an Independent Verifier, providing a "Snapshot in Time" of the specified facility. This report is a professional assessment based on visual observation, narrated video evidence, and interviews conducted during the visit. It is not a legal guarantee of future compliance nor a substitute for mandatory "Tier 1" certifications (e.g., BSCI, SMETA).

2. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to detect non-compliance, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • Concealed Violations: Infringements (e.g., hidden child labor or off-site production) intentionally concealed by the factory management.

  • Third-Party Actions: Any regulatory fines, legal actions, or reputational damage incurred by the Client before or after the report delivery.

  • Financial Cap: Total liability for any claim related to the service is strictly limited to the professional fee paid for the specific report in question.

3. Verification Guarantee

The Service Provider guarantees physical presence at the facility. Unlike "Desktop Audits," all data provided is verified on-site by a senior European manager. We do not use subcontractors; the eyes on the ground are the eyes writing the report.

4. Access & Force Majeure

The Client is responsible for ensuring the factory grants access. If access is denied upon arrival through no fault of the Service Provider, the full professional fee remains due. Travel expenses are billed "at cost" and are non-refundable once the journey has commenced.

5. Confidentiality & Data

All video footage and reports are the property of the Client. The Service Provider will not share, sell, or disclose factory data to third parties, ensuring your supply chain intelligence remains a competitive advantage.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark
